Rooms were very good with nice ambience. Their staffs are really cordial and well mannered. Awesome location near the airport runway. The food was good too. Would recommend it to everyone.
Nithin the owner is very genuine and tooks the menu by himself for us and provided the good food. we felt as we were in our relative home Room service was good,they responded well .
I am from Patiala, Punjab.Remained in the hotel Magpie which is ideally located on airport road.Staff including Sushantu and surojit are quite helpful and respond quickly to any need.Rooms are quite clean.Every thing is well managed by Mr Nitin Mohan.Rooftop may be further developed in future as the view at the rooftop opposite portblair airport is quite charming and pleasant. Recommend others to stay at this property if you visit Andaman.Needless to add,owner is quite helpful in arranging your tour.

Good and budget place to stay, you have some power issues which is common in portblair. Food is good if you are not a south Indian. Rooms are good and depends upon the room you choose. From the top floor you can view flight landing and takeoff.
Very close to airport, one can see the runway from their road facing balcony. This place is suitable for stay if you have to catch a flight. Third floor rooms are small and they don't have lift facility. This is far from the main city and the jetty. Food is decent. Slightly costly considering their location and facilities. Staffs are cordial. Close to the main road so one can easily get transport facility from the hotel.
Excellent restaurant with a quite descent lodge. The food is very delicious , if you're an non-veg person , must eat the food here..........
I had a wonderful experience at the Hotel Magpie. Every staff member i encountered during my stay from the owner to the cleaning staff to the cooking staff at the restaurant were delightful and eager to help! It was a great stay, every service provided was top notch. They'll help you prepare your trips and also provide you transportation services. Will definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Andaman.
