ONE OF THE WORST HOTEL, THE ONLY REASON IS THE ROOM MANAGER MR.SHAJI, TOTALLY RUDE PERSON, USES ABUSIVE LANGUAGE, THIRD CLASS PERSON, IF ANYBODY HAS THE CONTACT NUMBER OF HIS BOSS OR OWNER PLEASE SHARE ME, HE WILL RUIN THE WHOLE BUSINESS OF MADHURAM, ALSO HE IS NOT READY TO SHARE THE CONTACT NUMBER OF HIS BOSS, I WONDER HOW PEOPLE KEEP SUCH PERSON AT WORK.

Needs improvement about health conscious staff should wear mask and sanitize it is mandatory

One word.. Pathetic. Cook don't have anything special in the menu but act like Gordon Ramsay. Manager act like he is working in Taj. Lack in basic facilities. What a shame.. Horrible

Very bad service, no staff was present. Rooms were under renovation still we were allowed those rooms. One of the closer rooms was occupied by 6-8 people who were blowing loud music late into the night and the single staff member present at the time did not want to intervene as they were drunk and rowdy.

The rooms are decent but the bathrooms could be better maintained. The food in hotel madhuram is really good. Was a treat for the buds.

Hotel madhuram is inexpensive. But the problem is, the infrastructure is not that up to date. Not enough parking space. Rooms are okish. They provide basic services that are available in most of the hotels.

Little bit need to clean a table others wise all the items is good an good rate
