Hotel Lovely Inn - Hotel in Jabalpur - Jabalpur, India

In Makemytrip it shows Royal Suite Room. So I booked for 2 days by paying 3800+. After visiting the hotel it's not Royal Suite Room. It's general common room. Rooms are too congested. 1st they given the worst room in the hotel. Later lots of complaints on the room they shifted to other room. Old Air conditions. Only the plus points are Service is good. Near by to Railway Station

Hotel is worst and service very very poover rooms not clean and very costly no facility, They charge by their own...There is no fix tarrif at all, Bathroom was very unhygienic, Dustbin was given by them was literally like a gutter , It was the worst experience,

Near Railway Station, Enough space for car parking, hotel's restaurant serves good quality food, good place for stay

Very nice and clean Environment(Reviewing only restaurant and food but not room stay). Hotel is Near to main railway station. Food quality is very good and ambiance is good. Service and people gesture is very nice.

Just half km from platform 1 of Jabalpur railway station, nearest hotel this side But just 1 staff at night, room Service needs improvement

Location of the property is very good nearby Jabalpur junction but hotel is looking for maintenance. You can see dust everywhere in rooms and lobby. Bathrooms are not clean and taps with leakages and sounds tpp..tpp...tpp overnight. You never feel alone as Mosquitos are everywhere. No one will entertain you if you go for any complaint or issue. Tarrif is high. They are providing room for single occupancy in 1600+ taxes with no facilities. ACs fitted in rooms but only owner can operate it from their cabin. Overall you will feel Non AC in AC.

We booked two rooms both were horrible, in one their was toilet problem so the whole room was stinking by that smell that was unbearable. In other room there was no TV, the AC was set to 25degC and was not varying also the sheets were smelling really bad in both rooms. It was not hygienic at all. The lobby was stinking, the parking was smelling bad, as per the cost there was unsatisfying service and cleanliness. They provide a Innova to drop us to the station and it was stinking too. Overall the experience was bad. If they maintain the cleaning properly of the entire hotel+ sheets+ toilet+ lobby+ parking+ their kitchen this hotel would be good to go.
