Very bad behaviour of the staffs.keeps us waiting for 4 hours long for their cleaning purpose.the security guard thinks that he is the boss of the hotel.

Decent budget hotel in Nawadwip town, almost in city center. Helpful staffs. has provision of parking for 3-4 cars in front. AC works well. Only the quality of the food served from the attached restaurant (taken by someone on lease and not owned by the management) is awful. My meal on the first day there was a total disaster, hence the staffs helped me to get my food from outside, which was nice. Also the AC deluxe rooms were rather small.

The hotel is conveniently located. Although modest, the rooms are nice.

Good accommodation and area is middle of the city but not not noisy.

Most decent hotel with car parking facility in the locality. The room rent is slightly expensive (if you consider the rooms and service ). Stuffs are helpful. They have geysers and televisions in the room. AC works fine. They have a restaurant called khana khajana at ground floor.. food is not that good based on the price

Excellent Hotel as well as food with good staff behaviour.

Room was good but location wise not good as expected. Roads are narrow. But hotel have enough car parking space.

Well maintained. Staff are polite courteous and helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious.
