Location is quite good. Room is neat and clean. You will get 24*7 hot water service. Food quality is good, but needs to add more options (specially for breakfast). Overall service and hospitality were impressive. Will recommend others to check and try this hotel if you are visiting and staying at Pahalgam.
We recently stayed two nights and thought the hotel was fantastic. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our suite was great and had one of the most comfortable beds I have slept on in a hotel. The location is very convenient to anything you might want to see and overlooks a beautiful square.
We stayed here for 2 nights. The rooms and location was excellent. The staff was polite and assisted when ever needed. The cleanliness can be much better. Overall a decent and good stay.

I was pleasantly surprised with the hospitality accorded to me. The room was very clean and the staff was excellent going out of way to make my trip successful. I was impressed with the personalized care given by the owner to the guests. The view from my room was excellent. The quality of Wi-Fi was very good. I would recommend this hotel to any of my friends.
This hotel is really good . And their staff is extremely friendly especially their receptionist Mr danish khan and his 3 friends . Even when needed our laundry to get it done immediately, they manage to do it for us . Thank you so much guys . We enjoyed our stay here .

Hotel is good located on the banks of River Lidder. We got the best room with Balcony view. Food was also good. Both dinner and breakfast were served. But charges for room is bit high when we checked online. Also when we asked for direct booking, they said their bookings are done from Srinagar. Hence you need to connect to srinagar office for booking. We made booking through travel agent.
