Very nice hotel to stay with family and friends. I Booked the hotel directly through the website which was fairly low compared to other booking sites. The food and service was excellent. Breakfast menu with various dishes and had quality taste. The food cost is unreasonably expensive. Overall experience was really great
Very good hotel with good facilities for the price paid. Rooms are spacious and neat. Restaurants including 24/7 cafe, swimming pool, gym are provided. Complimentary breakfast had a good variety of options.
Staff was polite, but it took a while for checkin, checkout due to the crowd.
Spotted a few cockroaches, hence reduced 1 star.
Rooms are good and well maintained. The complimentary breakfast had decent spread of items. The menu available was very limited, it was tasty but quantity was very less for most items I ordered. There is a 24hr open cafe inside.
Swimming pool access, spa and gym are available. If they could add kid's play area, it would be great. Rooms are spacious. Food at hotel is good but costlier than outside. The only concern we had is about the bed. We informed that to the management and they mentioned that renovation is under progress. Everything else was good.

Book online and then go otherwise they will force for direct and change rates to costly online. Big scam. Rooms are good and neat. Service is horrible they have a midnight buffet and i took my children but because there were so many drunk people we asked if we can take the food to the restaurant, they refused and told to come after half hour. Again we went and took soup and they started demanding for a coupon. It was so rude as we had kids of less than 2 years. We made a big fight as we know the owner of the hotel and they apologised. Staff are very rude at reception and restaurant. Bfast was nice . The 24 hours food concept is good. Buffet was not refilled.
A very endearing property with an authentic French feel in it's Layout, architecture and spirit.
We were attended to at the Reception by a very wonderful lady, who was charming, service friendly and had a pleasant demeanor, making us feel very welcome indeed. We had checked in on the 30th of July.
The rooms are lovely and well maintained. The food quality in the restaurant is excellent and the breakfast is absolutely splendid and fresh.
A great location as well, this is a definitely good choice of accomodation for a comfortable and hospitable stay.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Hotel Le Royal Park, specifically through my booking with Agooda. When making the reservation, I made it clear that there would be 2 adults and 2 children in our party. However, upon checkout, I was stunned to find an additional charge of 5600/- for the two children, aged 7 and 12. This discrepancy was not only frustrating but also a breach of the information I provided during booking.
Furthermore, during our stay, I requested a single water bottle for the additional children at the restaurant and informed the reception about this. Despite this, I faced relentless calls on the room intercom from the restaurant staff, badgering me for a payment of 22rs for the water bottle. I had already discussed and cancelled this charge with the reception, so the fact that they continued to disturb us, especially after 10pm, reflects a lack of professionalism and courtesy.
This experience has left me greatly disappointed and I cannot recommend Hotel Le Royal Park for a pleasant family stay. The misunderstandings, additional charges, and poor communication exhibited by the staff have marred what should have been a relaxing and enjoyable stay. It's disheartening when a hotel fails to uphold its standards and fails to provide a comfortable and welcoming environment for its guests
We had a great stay at Bay Stays! The room was clean, had a cute design, and was affordable with a fantastic location. Our host, Vignesh was very helpful. However, I do have a concern about the towels we used as they left a white cast on our clothes.
The property is beautiful with a chique look. The interiors are a urban and upbeat with colours that are palatable to the eyes and we'll coordinated.
