A very good hotel with courteous staff and very tasty food. Very clean. One good thing I found was they provide unlimited complimentary tea and coffee at each floor in a common area. The only strange part I found is they do not provide shampoo conditioner or body lotion in bathrooms. Overall a very pleasant stay and would like to always choose the same hotel when come to Haridwar.

Good positioning of hotel just beside the exit gate of railway station. All transport available from it's gate itself. One can find all types of restaurants in the surrounding. Only thing building is old and rooms felt slightly damp...no accessories are provided in any rooms except handwash and bodywash, towels. Restaurant is on the rooftop, very good preparation but they are charging 5% service tax which shouldn't have been there. Buffet Breakfast spread is good and sufficient.

Easy access to the hotel, as soon as we step out from the station you can see the restaurant. I have visited this place twice in last 1 week. Food : 5/5 Service : 5/5 Hygiene : 5/5 The staff is very friendly and they pay attention to customer needs. Would love to visit this place next time i come to Haridwar.

This hotel is just next to the Railway station and Bus Stand. You won't struggle to locate it. The Room was good, service was good. They have their own parking space which is an added advantage if you are getting your own vehicle. There is a restaurant available at the top floor which is good. I felt the food pricing was on the higher side which they need to work on. Anyways you have lots of options available for food near the hotel. Staffs were good, understanding and helpful.

Location is very good, just outside the railway station and contrary to location, no disturbance in rooms. I stayed for 4 nights and booked a deluxe room. Staff was very courteous and soft spoken. They have a travel desk in the reception area. The rooms were clean. The only thing which I didn't like was the bathroom size, which was a bit congested. Food quality and taste was good, portion size was good, more than enough for 2 adults. Prices were on the higher side. Overall it was a nice experience to stay at the property and I will definitely book again if I visit Haridwar. Recommended for family, couples and solo travellers as well. No disturbance

Gem of a hotel. We had to catch a train in the early morning hours from Haridwar railway station and chose to stay here for one night. We are very happy with the services and amenities provided at this hotel. LOCATION Located right next to railway station entry gate. Built on PPP model, the hotel is inside the railway station campus. All you need to do is walk for 2 minutes to reach railway station. Despite the close location, we did not face noise issues. Shoppers will be helped by location next to the market. CHECK-IN The checkin process was smooth. Our luggage was delivered immediately to the room by porter. ROOMS Good and spacious. Views available for railway station or the rood across. You can take your pick. Bedding and linen was neat and clean. Slight damp smell was present but the hotel staff immediately put in room freshner sprays on request. Bathroom was neat and clean and reasonably spacious. FOOD Restaurant located in the hotel itself. 4th floor. Food was excellent in taste with very reasonable prices and good portion sizes. Full marks for food and quick service. Also the restaurant operates 24 hours a day. AMENITIES Each floor has a water dispenser with hot and cold water. Unlimited coffee and tea were there next to these dispenser on a self service basis. Floors also had steam irons and ironing boards. Dental kit and other amenities available on request. STAFF AND SERVICE Very courteous staff. Quick service. No unnecessary pestering for tips etc. Professional and helpful staff. Overall our stay was very pleasant. Services and amenities were very good for the prices provided. I highly recommend this hotel for those looking for a comfortable stay in Haridwar.

Good for very short stay if traveling via train. Hotel is over priced for the quality and size of the room. When we, family of three, stayed, hotel and room were full of massive dust which was not disclosed at the time of checkin. Restaurant food and staff are very good. They serve good healthy and some standard Indian food as well. Breakfast is also a balanced one. Front desk staff needs improvement. Expensive for the price.

The hotel is located very close to the railway station. It is a decent hotel with a 24 hour restaurant which is the highlight. The staff is courteous and helpful. The food they provide is also good but a tad high priced. They have to rethink their food menu prices again. Otherwise it's a great experience.
