The appearance of the Hotel is truly beautiful. The rooms are very nice and tidy.The behaviour of the staffs are very friendly. I came here with my family and I came in Jagdalpur for the first time. I really highly recommend this place to stay. Thank you Hotel Lakshmi Palace for make us feel comfortable.
The hotel was budget friendly and good for short duration. The hotel stuffs are very helpful and courteous. We arrived early and they provided us early check in with room upgradation with no extra cost. A suggestion for the management: more cleanliness can attract customers and help uplift the business.
1) Location is Centre of City it is very convenient to go anywhere of city. 2) Room Service was Good. 3) Cleanliness was very good. But need to Buy new Bedsheets for every bed. 4) Need to establish Qualify caffe at hotel premises. (Suggestion) 5) AC was working properly. 6) Need to Improve Hot water supply and renovation to wash rooms. The owner upgraded my room (Gold to Luxury gold) and allowed us to check in early. We liked it.
Very reasonable prices and also available golden rooms platinum rooms single room primary two persons with AC 1100 rupees hotel Laxmi was good I am fully satisfied friendly service boys

Decent hotel for the price with very well behaved staff. The bathroom was clean ( can be cleaner ), but there were a couple of cockroaches, which you will find in every hotel in this price range. Overall I'd give it a 7.5-8 out of 10.
Neat and clean room, towels, bed sheet are there.Staff behaviour is good.Hot water is available. Hotel location is good. Many veg and non- veg restaurants are available nearby. We stayed for 2 days in Gold AC room. It was an very pleasant stay all over.
