Too dirty to stay. Restaurant is okay but rooms are extremely unclean and there was no room service. They served spotty bedsheets and wet towels. There were dirt and hairs all over the room. But the view from my window was quite good and the staffs' behaviors were also pleasant.
Worst place to stay. Manager is extremely rude and doesn't take responsibility of the mislead. No service. Rooms are very dirty and not maintained. Most of the functions in the rooms don't work. No one takes responsibility. The restaurant is equally bad.
Hotel service is very bad they don't have mosquito liquid staff are don't understand what u r saying very bad service from them, even they don't give water in the room they don't came for service after calling several time, my suggestion is don't go for this hotel it's horrible.
The place has a nice vintage feel to it. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Services are satisfactory. However, I would suggest that some renovations and repairs are due. The rooms could have been a little bit more dusted and tidied.

Don't EVER go to this restaurant if you're planning to dine out. First of all they don't have half the dishes mentioned in their menu! Secondly, they tell you that they can serve you only after they finish serving the other table. Then they take over 1.5 hrs to get your food ready. And the waitresses there have such an attitude!!! If there was an option to not give even one star, I would. Bad bad bad disgusting service
This is a review of the restaurant, not the hotel. Very good food - we stopped for breakfast and though the kitchen was just opening, they made us lovely chapati-sabji and maggi-eggs. The restaurant is spacious and neat and clean. The washrooms are clean and outside the building. It's easy to locate from the main road, and has a good view of the Teesta river.
No food only a big book of useless menu, the waitress didn't know the items in the menu and kept saying 'i have no idea' for every dish we asked for. The looks are really nice but the service is really bad when we ordered for coke the waitress dropped the straw and without thinking put it on the drink after picking the straw up from the dirty floor ...i still hope that all these inconvenience is temporary.
