The food was average at best. Seating place was at the top floor and horribly hot at this time of year and the AC was not turned on. The fans were no help. To top it all the manager was rude and didn't allow us to wait there even for ten minutes after we were done eating. Upon requesting, I was told "this is not a railway station, eat and leave". And it's not that there were other people waiting to be seated, the place was empty. Shameful

The room is okay. Proper maintenance is required like washroom lock, fan regulator not working, also no remote for AC, main door lock not working properly . Other than that it is quite decent hotel.
All services and facilities excellent but staff behaviour very bad like chapri style Staff look like uneducated
My experience at Lajja Palace was very good. Food also tasty. Property is at main road that made my car come to there easily. Sanitation and proximity with other place like market made easy for my family to visit each and every place even at night.
Hotel in congested area. No car parking. Washroom not ok
Dirty rooms and hotel service is very poor. Lots of cockroach in the rooms.
