We stayed here while on our way to kanyakumari, this hotel had only 1 plus point is it provides parking,rooms are full of cockroaches, AC never works, there will be a communication gap as they don't understand Hindi but if you know English then fine. Room i will rate 2, as I said cockroaches plus not worth the price we paid. Service was also bad ,as ac was not working. It took 2400 for 4 people, mind you in bed 3 people can come ,one person had to sleep in the cot they provide.
Room was good with A/C facilities,tv connection etc,but Managing service was not reliable and not accessible.And even the water bottle,paste,...... Was with payment unlike others. Also bedsheets were not uncomfortable.
The worst hotel in salem please don't go.there is no pre booking for single family. It's available only for bulk bookings. Waste of time and not trustable
Wasted 2000rs for 12hours AC room. AC not working. Outside temperature is better than room temperature. They don't provide drinking water. Even small lodge also providing tap water. Rethink before book the room!!!!!!
We had an unexpected last minute change in our hotel booking and had to find a hotel instantly in Salem. Let me tell you Salem has very few good hotels as it's not a tourist place. Fortunately we landed in Laila. I don't say it's best but it's average and decent. Rooms are average Hot water is available AC is available And Parking is also available Had a good stay
Was located in right place with car parking. Rooms were clean, its value for money but they could improve their service in terms of Ambiance. TV wasnt working. Corridors were little dark. Hospitality could be improved as well.
This hotel is third class with no clean toilets, AC is working but no use since it's a bit big room where cots and A/C's were fixed in opposite directions with more gap in between. They charged 1800/ Room, they won't keep water cattles for hot water, not kept atleast normal water. It's a very old building, having fans with no regulators( directed wires were open without insulation), toilet seats very old with stains, beds were not good when compare with other rooms in same cost range Over all disappointed, but to give some options to traveller's, u may check with hotel Vasantharaj( no more info available) which is next to this hotel which was looking good from outside. I hope this review may help someone who is need to find right stay for family.
Not worth the money.. Disappointed Not talking about the day or hours ... I couldn't checkout in 24 hrs so I paid two days for 28 hrs.. that's OK.. but the cleanliness like the bed linen towel etc are worst... wash room not good.. that's why not worth the money..
