Had a wonderful Stay in October 2023. Staff is Courteous and friendly. Food is really good. I was there for 07 days and had no health issues shows the quality of cooking is good. Only suggestion is to incorprate some more items in Breakfast Menu. This is the best place to stay with a warm, friendly and comfortable aura. We had a training program of 05 days and all participants were also very happy with food and Service. Thank you Mr.Barik for taking personal interest in the Program. Visiting soon for another Program.

I was a frequently visitor of this Hotel . But hotel staff behaviour is made my discussion change to stay this hotel. Very bad experience from service. We were late for 2mnts to take the breakfast , but the restaurant team did not allow even after several requests. Also some Visitors were in table for waiting to complete the brakefast. Same saturation was faced by them. Atlast they left the restaurant without complete the breakfast. Totally disappointed and decided to permanently not taking any service from this hotel. If you are going to book any rooms of this hotel ...my strong suggestion don't book .pls go for alternate hotels nearby.
Rooms are big but service is very poor. In menu they mention midnight food but not available. Even at 6.00 am in morning tea or coffee is also not provided. They say that it will be served at 7.00 am only. No basic facilities in dinning.
Terrible food except the complementary BF, which is okay. Rooms are quite spacious but accessories, bad sheets, towels etc don't appear adequately clean and hygienic. Certainly not going to stay here again. The promoters of this hotel need to understand that hotel is just not an impressive building.
Very bad behaviour of there staff and food not available those we want and not supportive vera bad hotel never go in this hotel........
I had very bad experience. The staffs are very rude. They have some ridiculous policy that we can't meet our team member in room.
