Great Property Had a wedding shoot recently and the hotel team of amazing loved it.

I have recently done a Wedding Photography project at Hotel Kundan King, i myself and my team really enjoyed working at this Hotel because of the helpful nature of the Staff, Management leaders and also how they treated the Client.
Manager here is pethetic he has problem with everything he talks very badly as we are coming there for free. We are never going there again
It was a great stay experience. Property & room quality is great, Need some maintainanace related improvement and also professionalism behavior of waiters and others. Even pickup and drop facilities should be provided as the hotel is away from station and behavior of Auto drivers in the night is well known, But the hotel according to Shahdol is great.. It can be maintained at best level if they want. I will strongly suggest to stay here.
It is a two star hotel so I have given 4 stars! Not because of that of course ! This is a good hotel to reside in for few days. .. According to me, a 2-star hotel is given this definition: "The hotel is often 2 - 4 stories high and usually has a more personal atmosphere. It's usually located near affordable attractions, major intersections and convenient to public transportation. Furnishings and facilities are clean but basic. And this hotel fulfills this definitely.
I had one of the worst experiences here. I encountered the flowing problems : 1. Unsupportive staff 2. Cockroaches in the washroom 3. Room AC was not working 4. The hotel faced frequent power cuts 5. Bedsheets were not clean
Staff behavior is very good, food quality is good; though they should have smaller portion quantities especially for Non veg. as the full dish quantity, in addition to being costly, is wasted for a single guest.

Manager is good. Room service is good . Cleanliness and hygiene is maintained. Value for money Hot water for bath availability. Clean drinking water. AC and non AC rooms are available. I am not sure about radiator or room heater availability. No lift
