The ac duluxe rooms are small yet comfy and clean. The service is poor, with phone services to the reception and room service often don't work with faulty phones in the rooms. TV was provided in our room, with no setup box (though provided later on request) and unresponsive remote. Food is the one thing I can say is delicious here, but you should order atleast 1 hour before, for it to be provided to you on time (and I am talking about tea, order earlier for bigger items). Remember, 15 mins on their watch might feel an hour on yours. Providing food was so slow here, that we often went out to eat. The location is good in terms of accessibility of the market and the Tatanagar Railway Station. Overall an okay stay. Oh and yes, as per the owner, I might have been wrong on the type of room was booked for me. So, a bit of a disclaimer and an apology for that. Although, as I said, it was clean and comfy, and I didn't have any particular deal breaking issue with the room.

Room is little small but manageable for one or two night stay. They have complimentary Breakfast for deluxe room guests. Breakfast was healthy and tasty also. Staff behaviour is very good and helpful for the guests.

The service is the best that one can provide at that price point. It's jamshedpur, so anyways you can expect the food to always be good. Friendly cooperative staff who are flexible with checkout check-in timings, also offer room upgrades if the rooms
