Good room service or superb room ac & non ac rooms availble If you want to hold a business meeting here, then it can be better for you because this hall is bigger and better, for the time being you have to find another option to eat, all the rooms had toilets with seating
Worst hotel I have ever visited in my life there are rats in rooms and rooms smell soo bad no blankets were provided even in winters washroom is hell you can't even use jet nore you can flush because all water comes out from the wc
Worse hotel I ever seen. Don't believe on fake luxury photos. Just consider the reviews of those who are complaining. All rooms(whatever price paid) are with same conditions. Just Look photo I attached. Condition of each room be like -No hygiene, broken locks of door, clumsy bed n pillow cover, dead A.C., no generator, broken infrastructure, no locks, no proper washroom equipment, dirty walls.
service was excellent. food was quite tasty amenities were good. overall happy with the service. I prefer this hotel for my next visit, staff is quite supportive and service is very good n quick. best and excellent hotel in chittaurgarh. I suggest my fellow travelers to try this hotel for best service.
Stayed here for 2 nights in room 102 in December. The room was on the first floor up a flight of stairs, although there is a lift for this and the upper floors. The room was a good size for a double with an old school analogue TV, chairs, coffee table and a bench to work on, but no wardrobe or anything to hang clothes. The bed was an actual double with two pillows and a fleece for the duvet. The sheeting and pillow looked and smelled clean enough. The fleece was probably not, at least not judging from the musky smell. The mattress is not all that comfortable as it's a polyurethane foam mattress. If you're not encountered that before, then neither have I. It's basically the type of thing you'd find to cushion packaging. I slept okay, it was just a bit too firm as the mattress was thin and the bed wood. It also gets hot when sleeping due to the foam and this is in winter. The pillow wasn't all that comfortable either, it was firm and hard to sleep on. There is Wifi throughout the hotel and works fine Some of the staff have a functional grasp of English, but maybe my Scottish accent was difficult to understand. The staff are supportive and do their job, which is not bad considering it's a budget hotel. The bathroom was okay. The walls and floors were tiled, stained by age, but the corners of the floor were just dirty from poor maintenance. Otherwise the bathroom was functional. The bathroom had a hot water tank which also controlled the hot water tap. The latter I had get the staff to help me with because it was such an unusual way to get hot water from the taps. Switching on the tank gets hot water on demand, so that's a good thing in winter. Overall, I had an okay stay. Bearing in mind it is a budget hotel in a small Indian city, I thought it was fine for a 2 night stay.
I stayed with family end of week of December. The hotel is located in decent surroundings and clean. However, on service front, i would give it an average and there is limited food items to choose from restuarant and usually took lot of time. The room rates charged for room and other services were over priced considering the amenities and I feel if I would have not gone through online, the rates would have been better negotiated and atleast 30 % to 40 % less. Breakfast was not included in the room rates charged. The manager was however cordial and receptive.
We decided to try this hotel for a quick, one night stay while we were in Official Work. The place was spotless, and obviously newly renovated. While we didn't spend too much time in the hotel, other than sleeping, it left a great impression on us! The service at the breakfast in the morning, was amazing. There was tons of food to choose from, and the young woman walking around asking if we wanted water or a mint, was something we've never seen before! We will definitely be back! Great job!!!
Beautiful place with an amazing cute little cafe. They have only 2 rooms and we had booked Maharaja room which which was specious and well maintained. The rooms are built keeping in mind the palace theme and hence doesn't have big windows or any vie

Mr Anshul Baghmar runs this property with his heart. He comes across as a 'friendly professional.' We stayed in the hotel for a very short duration but Mr Anshul and his respected father made this short stay a memorable one. The property is very well
Room service and architecture is excellent. Owner have lots of personal care. Auto driver is not cooperating due to his commission from low quality hotels. So don't miss guide from auto and taxi driver. The name is enough for this hotel. Fort and mal
