Such a disappointment! We checked in at night, first we were informed about the room prices at a different rate and when we went to check the room one if the staff told us different rates. We were informed that the kitchen will open at 7:00am as we had to leave early for our next destination we asked them to serve us tea at 7:30 and we were told that kitchen isn't open yet. The toilets were not upto the mark. The guy at the reception was rude and very unprofessional. When we told him there was some problem in the toilet he literally got angry and kind of started shouting. Not at all happy with the stay. Unprofessional and rude staff. High prices, average rooms.

Great Venue, Service and management But DO NOT USE DJ Tarun which is included, hire DJ from Outside. DJ Tarun have no sense of playing songs, He will spoil your event.
Venue and food was great but it was the DJ why we are putting 3 star only.
Do not book this hotel.
It is not what it looks like, rooms are fine but the staff is not polite at all.
I asked the staff to keep my box of sweets in the refrigerator and they kept it without hesitating but when i asked it back, the box was tempered and the someone ate the sweets.
The manager had no solution for it.
