Very good hotel for couples and family. Staff is very friendly and helpful like we come in our family. Rooms are very clean with good furniture. AC & fan working well. Supporting Reception staff as well as all hotel staff including Restaurant.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 days 2 nights.. staff and reception and restaurant are very friendly and we got very good response and assistance from them. It's also a budget friendly hotel. I stayed at this hotel few years back and booked them again based on my previous experiences. I thought they are more customer-friendly. They have a very bad cancellation policy that even if you cancel before a week, you get zero! refund and the even worse part is even if you reschedule your booking they charge you 100% extra. Otherwise the quality of services and the place is good. I'm not going back to this hotel again.
