The hotel agreed on a price at first and before tha day of the check out they demanded us extra charge for tax which they did not mention before, it was really disappointing !!!

I've been to this hotel twice, and it's always a nice place. Located in a quiet neighborhood, but easy to get to. Rooms are clean and well cared-for. Linen is always fresh. During power cuts, a genset is always there. And they are not shy to start it

The reception guy has no manners. Too much of an attitude. No professionalism. Asked the room service department to clean the room, took the whole day. Showered was not fixed until afternoon which was complained the previous night.
