It's a good place to stay for a short time
Kedar hotel newly opened about 2 months. Hotel in obscure location about half km up gated Deecom Valley Rd. Best have them pick you up on main road hwy 7. This hotel has potential to be much better but cleanliness was poor. The toilet seat cover top and underside and under the toiled seat was speckled with harden caked on spots/deposits. The floor around toilet base on wall side black with who knows what. Sink had same problem. No decent water pressure on hot water fixtures Floors in room also had hard caked on deposit. They sweep and mop but no attempts to remove harden deposits. All surfaces /ledges were dusty. I Was given a room not properly prepared. I had to ask for towel, soap, dustbin, hangers (never came), and Toilet paper. Bedding while maybe washed has visible stains Rooftop eating ares seating all dirty not inviting to sit. Hotel needs better supervision and cleanliness standards. Don't be fooled by the few high ratings and pretty pictures.
I had a very good time there and the rooms were properly maintained and sanitized, the apartment was fully furnished with all the amenities and the staff were very supportive especially Mr Shailender who is very helpful and kind person and in future if I am visiting Rishikesh once again I am no doubtlessly opting for Kedar Inn.
Excellent facility. The people over here provide the best facility and good food is served here at affordable. They provide the cab facility and also arrange facilities like rafting and adventures. One of the best hotels in the area.
They give u a nyc place to stay with our own comfort and the surrounding it connect with nature.....u luv to stay here if u stay once
