My visit was to attend a lunch party. No air-conditioning, humidity in hall,cleaning was not upto the mark. May be good for small gathering in winter.
they served A very wrost and testless food. food tast is like stored food . Very disappointed they charged very high . but food not good But Staff behavior is very good

Had dinner here. Staff needs to be a bit more proactive while serving. There are pretty basic things they need to take care to make the customer experience more comfortable like Suggestions about their signature dishes to the customer, Serving the dish to every person on a table with equal proportions, Frequently clearing the table, Upfront giving a discount (if possible) while preparing the bill. These kinds of small gestures bring a great impact in customer experience. I hope next time we will visit your space and Will experience these all points.

Doesn't seem to be a very nice place. Seemed only the restuarant part is okay. But all the places a stingy feeling and bathrooms were also not upto the mark. The staff was also having a casual attitude. Doesn't seemed to be a decent place. The plus point is only the lawn where functions can be done, and a large hall where a gathering of about 500 persons can be done. But that is also not echo free. The decoration part also giving a dried up and old feeling, nothing fresh. Overall a stingy and stinking place. Not recommended for quality concious people.

There is no discrimination against the people of different bodies, infact people tend to help one another dispite not knowing each other. The equipments are really clean and easy to use. The trainers are also very helpful and provide nice motivation.
