Stinky bedsheet and blanket, damp walls, dim light, filthy curtains. Sordid washroom. Couldn't sleep whole night. Location is prime though. The staff are well-behaved.

Hotel is 1.3 km from "har ki paudi" need much walking . Hygienic condition need to upgrade as cockroaches are there inside the room.Staff co-operative, room size ok for 2 persons. River Bank is 100 meter and Birla ghat is 500 metres. Locality ok, better food avaliable nearby. Person might choose hotel near har ki paudi at same rateOverall experience ok.

We booked 2 rooms for our stay in Hotel Kapoor. The room in which we stayed was Room No 9 & 12.It was stinking the whole night becz there was no proper exhaust in the washroom for the air to circulate. The room also had cockroach on the bed. The washbasin was leaking throughout the night. The window had no latches hence we had to keep the window open. No proper hot water in the geyser. Wen I called the reception to check why hot water wasn't available the guy jus rang the bell & without any acknowledgement entered the room wer my sis stayed. On telling him why dint he wait for us to open he started saying back answering. The other staff was a bit ok than the guy who worked in the night. I paid 1800rs for 2 rooms and it's not worth the stay.
Overal ok hotel I. Budget category. Don't expect too much, and they are delivering what they can delivery in budget hotel, cleanliness is one issue they need improvement.
