Decent rooms in the budget. The people are nice and hospitable. We thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality fo the staff especially the kitchen staff who were courteous enough to make adjustments for us. There are no lifts so elderly may avoid taking rooms if stairs are a problem It is situated amidst residential cum shopping area so you get the taste of city yet away from tourist places. You can easily get rickshaws for city travel if not having taxi.

This was my first visit to Srinagar(Kashmir) and the ambience of this hotel made my experience even more beautiful.The rooms and washrooms are clean as well as safe. Room heater, geyser and wi-fi available.The staffs are hospitable, cooperative and polite. The employees named Mr.Farooque, Mr.Zahid and Mr.Obaid listen and cater to the needs of the guests with utmost care. They provided us with good food (both veg and non-veg) and were courteous enough to make adjustments. I really liked the firni that they served. They were kind enough to make it again especially for us the next day when I asked them to. They arranged experienced chauffeurs named Mr.Tarique and Mr.Irfan who drove us gently and made us witness the awe-inspiring beauty of Kashmir. Mr.Irfan also brought the famous nun-chai(made by his mom) and Kashmiri roti for us. Overall, I didn't feel that I'm a guest. I felt like home and I have a family in Kashmir now. Bathrooms were stinking and the heater was not working for one room and we changed the room then it was ok. But bathrooms stink a lot

Lovely place to visit, friendly atmosphere, staffs were well mannered and helpful . Rooms were neat and clean,,, heater and geyser all available 24 hrs. Visited with my family in the month of May 2023. Had a great experience and enjoyed too.

Not Even Worth 1 Star But I Have To Give It In Order To Write This.The Services Were The Worst,We Entered The Room And There Was No Light,The Bathroom Did Not Have Any Soap Or Shampoo,When We Asked For It They Said They Are Coming But Took A Long Time Too Come! Asking For A Bottle Of Water Took Them 30 Mins To Bring.Out Of All The Staff Only The Guy Who Served The Food Was Sweet And Did Everything You Told Him Too. My Recommendation:-It Was The Worst Hotel And You Should Never Visit It!

Staff and food was awesome. Room was little bit small. Overall its better to stay here because its in the mid of the city

The Staff was very helpful.. but no hot water in some rooms.. We had booked a vehicle through them.. we were 2 ladies travelling alone.. the driver was a lunatic who was high most of the times..he dropped us off and disappeared for 15 hrs in yusmarg and 22hrs in gulmarg.. The owner Mr. Farooq Iqra kept demanding money due without asking how the trip was going.. Mr Farooq 's words are unreliable.Pls take everything in writing.. Grow up sir and mean what you say! Be accountable and responsible!

Booked through travel agent. Rooms are okay Room heater available. Cleanliness is okay for room and bathroom.clean bedsheets. Coffee maker and toiletries provided. No lift. Food is okay. Booked for 2 bed with extra matress. But room have not sufficient space for extra matress. Front desk staff need to be more friendly. Wifi available.even small Noise from the neighborhood was always annoying. Overall 7/10
