Very ordinary hotel, washrooms are very dirty and old ones, cob webs all around, shower doesn't work, AC was leaking and most importantly there's a lot of noise in the room since it is right infront of the railway station. Staff were ok, but maintenance is not at all worth it.

Hotel kailash was Nice and accessible from main Railway station. On the main road hotel. Very convenient to locate. Rooms are good and well maintained. Still here you can enjoy old portable Television. In some rooms there is no Gyser, so check before final confirmed room for stay. Services in rooms quite impressive and friendly staff.
Very bad service they provide, cooler not working and if we complaint them , they tell us don't come again if u don't like our rooms. Misbehaving receptionist. All staff playing PUBG games and not support us and don't give bath towel.
I stayed here for a night and I am giving the feedback based on this, the room was not properly clean and the bed cover and blanket also were not washed. I will recommend to tourists to avoid this hotel. You will find a good hotel within walking distance from here.
This hotel is very near to Railway station and rooms are Spacious. No restaurants. Reception and First floor lobbies, passages are well designed to attract tourist guests but not the rooms. They are not at all periodically maintained and furnished to current demand. Lot of noise being created by neighbouring room guests and also care takers, room attendants simply shout without having basic manners and etiquettes. Calling bell is also too much disturbing. Totally unclean, dirty Toilets, seepage marks noticed in roof ceilings, age old Geysers which are not de scaled to ensure quick heating of water. Cleaning staff never bother about clearing dust bins etc.. dust ladden sitouts with broken chairs do not serve desired purpose. This room was chosen by some tour operator who is more interested in his commission and definitely not guest their comfort..! Do, What you pay for is what you get in return. Those who need cool calm rooms never opt for this hotel.
Tres bon sejour. Les deux managers sont tres serviables et parlent tres bien Anglais. La chambre est propre, confortable (literie de qualite), avec AC et a deux pas de la gare. La chambre que nous avions n'avait pas de fenetre mais etait tres calme !
