The staff was not at all polite. They don't even bother about customer service. For my case they told me to wait until they get a room cleaned, and after waiting for half an hour, they told that they have given that room to somebody else.
I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Hotel Kailash Palace for a short visit and I was impressed with my experience. The property is located in sector 22c and is easy to find. There are plenty of options for food nearby. I booked a super premium room and was pleased to find it was extremely clean. The staff were helpful and the check-in process was a breeze, taking only 2 minutes. The room was equipped with a geyser, the heater wasn't available(it's also not mentioned, I was just expecting), but it was not needed as the rooms were well insulated.The only downside to my stay was that the hotel is located on a busy road, so there was some noise from outside and the sound from outside doors was audible. However, considering the cost of the stay, I believe the value was appropriate. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.
The behaviour of the staff is ignorant and rude. Initially the receptionist committed that rooms will be cleaned and handed over in 15 minutes but after 45 mins of wait, they refused to allot rooms as they got online booking.
The hotel is easy to get to and in a good location. It looks a bit old-fashioned, but it's still a clean and tidy place to stay. Loved it
Booked a premium deluxe suit for my solo trip for 3 nights. The stay was good and pleasant. What I have faced is -kitchen is provided but not sure what time the food available because whenever I asked they said cook isn't there. After 11pm no kitchen available. Pros- 1. Cleaned rooms 2. Services 3. All the amenities are available based on given price point. Cons- 1. No lift (senior citizen might face some issues) 2. Hotel is at 1st floor. So u might face some problem reaching reception as there is no lift provided. 3. Blankets are heavy and uneven (not at all feel comfortable) yes u can replace with new one which I didn't complained though I have my own blanket with me. 4. Dining restaurant is not there as mentioned.
whenever I visit Chandigarh I used to stay here...staff behaviour is very polite, room n washroom very clean...very peaceful stay and the food served is very delicious...I will always recommend people to stay here...thanks
This was the second time I checked in this hotel . situated in sec 22 quite safe n clean area. They allow you to order food from outside n eat in hotel . Good and cooperative staff. Clean bathrooms n well suited for family stay. Safety wise it's great if you are with family. No strange or fishy looking people. its a simple and sober old style hotel with no show off . Seedhi baat no bakwas .
