Hotel Joy - Hotel in Jamshedpur - East Singhbum, India

One of the worst experience ever. Booked around 7-8rooms still zero service. The lady receptionist was so rude and u professional. Though in their rules it was mentioned that outside food was allowed still they denied at the last moment when out guests had arrived. Had to ask multiple time to provide water bottles in the room that was complimentary. Also we were ready to pay for it but still so much delay. Our guests had still not checked out but the receptionist was repeatedly calling to pay the balance amount which anyway we would be paying at the time of check out. Had to face so much embarrassment in-front of our guests because of that mannerless receptionist. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE THIS HOTEL. For the first time experienced such an unprofessional hotel management

I stayed here for nearly 3 months..awesome experience from the service point of view..very helpful staff. They will clean the room every morning including toilets. Restaurants are also available and will deliver the food in your room but the menu is limited and food quality is just above average.

Services was very poor....and also location.... rooms are tooooooo small....and the price is too high according to the hotel ....very disappointed....don't recommended....you will get better option in this price....

Ambience, Cleanliness & hygiene was nicely maintained. staffs are very professional, well-behaved. overall very comfortable stay. Food quality was also good. receptionist was very humble and well trained. nice experience overall. I will definitely come back again.

had booked this hotel based on the positive reviews I had read online. I must say I was not disappointed at all. The room & washroom were very clean. The linen was washed and clean without any spots. Food- there were enough items and it was tasty and well cooked. In terms of interaction, they were excellent in service. Would love to stay again.

Pros: Good location near to Sakchi market. Car parking facility available at nearby. Clean rooms. Clean and hygienic toilets. Good bed and linen. Room service foods are taste and rates are responsible. Cool Airconditioner. Digital smart lock. Noise free stay. Cons: Supirior rooms are very small, difficult to move around. No writing table, chair, sofa. Corners of the bed may couse injury on the shin. Small cupboard.

Extremely small rooms. Not fit for even single occupancy. Small size rooms without any windows makes it very claustrophobic and suffocating. Rooms were not very clean and smelling bad due to lack of ventilation. Tariffs are too high as compared to the room size and amenities available.
