My parents recently visited Haridwar & they were staying at Hotel Jewel. My father got ill all of a sudden & mother was all alone by his side. However, the owner of the hotel, along with the manager took a very good care of him and arranged for a doctor-visit as soon as the matter was informed to them by me (over phone). After seeing the doctor, who is also a very well-mannered human being as per my parents, my father was not only able to stand up from bed but also took an evening stroll in the evening. The manager also arranged for someone from the hotel to accompany my parents to the Laksar Jn that is almost 32 km away from Haridwar. My parents were more than happy at the hospitality they received at the hotel.
Very good rooms with brilliant service. Location is close to all major transport hubs. They have in house facilities for arranging the char dham yatra.
Dont book this hotel, staff are very rude and they are denied my booking from yatra. We reached with family then they denied it.
Nice hotel for girls and family , near by har ki pori and railway station ,Burger king nearby.
Compact rooms doesn't have even space to move. Shower not working. Food cost is very high compare to the qty they serving. The manager was even asking for 10% service charge on foods on cash memo. They'll try to make you fool.
Hotel was good but their restaurant service is very bad. They take order and after half an hour they will inform you that your order is not started or some item is missing. So now they will take new order and start preparing. It happened 3 times with us in 2 days
For night stay the hotel is ok, too compact. Shower was not working in any rooms, when we asked owner for the same, they told "Mug is there", if we are paying for something they should return the same as well. We can easily hear the people talking in other room easily, as there is no privacy as well
