Hotel Jessica Residency - Hotel in Shillong - East Khasi Hills, India

Rooms were below average. Looks like a room in dharmshala/lodge. Service was okay. Only good thing here was their vegetarian food. Food taste was according to north India and that's the only reason I've give the overall rating of 3 star.

Room is just okay, looking decent. Breakfast was not so great, but decent. Service is very good and people are polite. Food we ordered for dinner was good.

Overall stay experience is very good. Food is very nice. Room is very nice, neat and clean, large room size. Staff behaviour nice, good taxi services for sightseeing provided by the hotel. We like to have nice time as family.

during my visit to Meghalaya I stayed in 2 days is shilong and stayed in hotel Jessica residency . hotel is located at nice place, Room are very neat and clean, staff is very polite and caring, food quality was very good. overall experience is very satisfactory

Poor Stay. The staff of hotel including reception are lethargic. The reception is ridiculously slow in its response. The rooms are small. The breakfast was below average. The hotel is located adjacent to the highway and as a result the noise of trucks will disturb your sleep all night. It is located 1.5 km(20 mins walk) from the Police Bazaar. Local Taxis would charge over Rs. 150 to Police bazaar. The hotel is terrible for the price we paid. You can find many better hotels for much lesser price nearby. Avoid this hotel at any cost.

Good food and service but wifi did not work in rooms.

The hotel is located about 20 mins walking distance from the police bazar. The hotel is neat and clean. All the staffs are polite and well behaved. We had complimentary breakfast which was really awesome as there was buffet system for breakfast and one can many options to choose from. Moreover there was complimentary water bottle, tea bag, coffee pouch, sugar etc. in the room. The receptionist is too well mannered and helpful. Forget about the people who are giving negative reviews. If you want a calm ambience, then this hotel is the best option for you.
