Very bad experience with this OYO. On our travel from Jaipur to Dharamshala we booked 2 rooms here for a night stay. We reached hotel Jeevak by night 11.30 pm. The reception guy didn't pick call till 1 pm. Even though we got confirmation about the rooms and our check-in time already informed to OYO few hours before our travel, the reception door was closed and no one responded our call till 1 pm. At 1 pm upon calling with customer care and help line, one guy came and opened door.. immediately some other lady and a guy rushed out from door.. don't know who are they and we never saw them nearby after wards.. upon asking about our room to receptionist, he told only one room available you guys are late. and he had given our another room to his friends ( I hope that lady and guy).. Even receptionist was rude behavior and told oyo Rs 2000 wala hain na.. ek room main aap 4 lok adjust karlo.. ek ki room available hain.. it was an unsafe and un professional experience with oyo.. later by 3 am we managed to our stay in another hotel in Chandigarh city
Highly unprofessional. Started in room 202, and it had bed bugs. Couldn't sleep at night, and kept my luggage in sunlight next day before putting it in car.
