Very good service and location. The food in restaurant is tasty and service staff are very polite. Room in hotel is very neat and clean. Well maintained both room. Car parking area alsosafe and good and put their security. Try to visit next time. Best wishes.
We booked the hotel for our vacation in Pondicherry. Hotel looks very old from inside and in house dining is also pure veg food.
The room pics were similar to as shown in website, but there was mismatch in bathroom pics.
Hence overall the room and bathroom was dirty which hampered our stay experience there. It was manageable, but we adjusted as we booked it last moment during public holiday time period.
Didn't try the room. Just tried their restaurant on the ground floor for breakfast. Group tables are available. Staff is nice and food is good. Kessari was complimentary on independence day. Perfect for impromptu get together!
It was one of the best vegetarian restaurant in the past. I have been to this place many times earlier. But my recent visit for dining was horrible. Waiters were changed and many newcomers who doesn't know to handle crowd and doesn't even have any basic mannners to serve food. And most importantly food quality which used to be so good was now horrible and almost par with a road side restaurant. Kindly avoid this outdated place for dining.
We attended the banquet hall on fourth floor. The arrangement was very good. The food quality was also amazing. The staff are very courteous and always open to help with when you need any information.

We had a great stay at Bay Stays! The room was clean, had a cute design, and was affordable with a fantastic location. Our host, Vignesh was very helpful. However, I do have a concern about the towels we used as they left a white cast on our clothes.
