Most Negative point is hotel ishwar plaza owner behavior is very rude. He doesn't know how to talk to Customers. All over room and staff behavior is good. Service little beat poor but this price range is good.

food makes good, not keeping clean. Room also needs to be kept clean.

If you are coming on weekend or crowdy days (holiday, new year eve, diwali etc) they will charge 2500 to 3000 per AC room. Though these rooms are available for 800-1000 on normal days. Rooms are just ok. Ghumney aaye hai, to room sasta hi dekhna chahiye... Location is good. Beer will be charged 30 to 50rs extra. Packets of biting 10 and 15rs ( actually 5 and 10rs). Everything are costlier than MRP. Be aware. Costly for nothing.

Have been visiting Hotel Ishwar Plaza since last 20+ years. One might get surprised with the rating even though I am a frequent visitor. The only plus point for me ans my friends are concerned is, we get a huge sitout space to enjoy the drinks and food, instead of sitting in a cramped restaurants. Moreover, you can buy the fresh fish from the market and hand it over to the hotel kitchen for cooking. What you need to pay is for the cooking services. Till these years, we were really happy when the owner (Ishwar Bhai) himself was managing the operations but in the last few years the new generation has taken over and they mandate their own terms to run the hotel. This time we were not even provided the glasses for drink. When asked, the answer was - the management has stopped providing the glasses post COVID era... It was rediculous. Even there was no bargaining on the room rates even though the room condition was below average.

A Budget Friendly stay, they have rooms which can accommodate 6 to 8 people comfortably.. Beach is two mins walk from hotel, Prices are as on - weekdays (1500) on Weekends (3500) Just comfirm room availability before hand, on weekdays you will easily get it on weekends its almost sold out.

Location is very good...nera devka beach... rooms are not upto the mark, bathroom and toilet were non properly cleaned...non veg food was just ok but veg food was very pathetic.
