The host Mr.Khalid is one of the most finest hoteliers I have met and a genuine gentleman. The place lacks a parking but that is called for in the place as none of the hotels have a parking and the rates are quite reasonable.

Yeah I have to say that the room has little electrical issues. But the services are so good that I have to mention it. Do you know, the owner of the hotel is an mechanical engineer and also servers the visitors of the hotel. And the hotel has also great view as it is opposite to the Dal Lake boundary.
Room are good. Wifi is available. TV is there but with those channel which you will not prefer to watch. A passage of dal lake with houseboat can be seen from the hotel. A veg restaurant is attached with it.
The owner, who is a Mechanical Engineer by qualification, takes utmost care of his guests and ensures that no guest leaves with an iota of grievance. The hotel is a few meters away from the famous Dal Lake and the tariff is reasonable. Happy!
