Hotel Imperial Lake View - Hotel in Srinagar - Srinagar, India

It's not a review, just a complaint about the cheap marketing techniques. Here the issue we faced Myself and my husband was sitting near Dal lake watching sunset and someone approached us with a lucky coupon(the usual stuff I guess) and invited us to their hotel and they started advertising the properties they have it across the country. We already said that the fancy hotels are not our cup of tea but the person who climbed himself as a manager said "only vacations are perfect only if you stay in luxury place" and started arguing. We gently decided not to talk and get rid of money minded people. The marketing techniques shouldn't be a torture to your prospects. Everybody has got their way of enjoying holidays. Please try to stuff atleast some common sense and stop wasting our precious time in a lovely location.

Location is perfect for dal lake or even for evening walk and shopping near by and also for food as well. Mohin helped us so much in everything for services. They also helped us in our baggage from removing from carrier to again putting on them. Security guard is also soft spoken person. Overall nice hotel to stay in cheaper prices.

Not worth at all. Not recommend at all. Hotel Manager tariq is full of attitude very rude and misbehave... I think the reviews here are not real this place is absolutely disaster. Plz dnt book this hotel this is the worst hotel I have ever check in. No service washroom dirty Overall this was one of the worst experience for us..

I recently stayed at the hotel and it was an excellent experience. The rooms were very clean and staff were very courteous. The restaurant offers decent veg and Non-veg dishes. The hotel is also located in a good location.espicaly thanks GM Gowher very helpful

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, Beautiful Lake View, but the thing that makes this place Different from others is the staff they are always on ease to serve you, especially manager (Tariq) is very corporative. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with my mother and sister. Food was very delicious. If you are staying at Hotel Imperial View, near the market , worth to stay here

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, Beautiful Lake View, but the thing that makes this place Different from others is the staff they are always on ease to serve you, especially Asif mohd bht he is very kind and supportive

People who dare to say that the hotel has bad facility are really wrong.I stayed there for 5 days 31st May to 4 June 2023 how much I experienced is so much nice. The staff is friendly and kind .the food they make is so delicious. Room maintenance is also good and they even provided electric blanket.the view of dal lake from there is amazing .That was the best hotel I have ever stayed in.
