Hotel Imperial Inn - Hotel in Gwalior - Gwalior, India

Very poor location in between the crowded market. hard to reach hotel by own car. The rooms are very small only for two. Food quality is ok. Service is very slow n poor. The owner is rude n greedy. I booked n paid full amount online...after 2 hour of checking in rooms the staff called me n told the hotel owner asking for more amount to pay... because he has to pay tax n commission. he charged me 25% more than what I paid online...I requested the staff to request the owner not charged extra ....the owner refused to talk to us. I stayed there for two days all rooms were vacant might be his greediness...

Nice place for all type functions like birthday, engagement, marriage reception etc (All weather place) Most important thing is that the Hotel staff is very professional and they cooked awesome food for our guest. As our function was in day shift, they decorated is very well. Hotel rooms were very clean and they maintained proper hygiene. Our guest were too happy to attend a function at such a lovely place. I'd recommend this place to my contacts for sure.

2/2 To reply to owner's response at my previous review, change of dates is quite frequent in these turbulent times. Also since I am being honest, I accept I got back my advance amount which is ideal expectation for a future booking. But to cut your lies short, you did not had another booking but increased your demand to whopping 1 lakh amount failing to comply with which we were left with no other option than to hassle away in finding another venue just 2 weeks before the function. Learn the true meaning of hospitality before using words like defamation. And every word mentioned above is nothing but truth and people need to know about it before landing in trouble with likes of your kind. 1/2 Management/Owner of this hotel is fraud and should be put behind bars for cheating public. We booked this hotel well in advance for a reception with an advance payment based on a finalized rate of food, stay and venue but later were threatened by hotel management to pay a lump some amount on package basis because the unlock happened. Worst of their kind.

Realy good roomsand atmosphere

Very nice place.... 4 floored with terrace and basement for your vehicles. Big rooms and halls..... Best for any of your functions or parties you and your friends/family want to organise.......

Arrengments were very poor . Snacks were served in tissue paper they don't even have plates for it.

Nice resort and excellent food. Very good service
