Best place to stay at, if you're travelling with ur family. Wonderful and respectful staff, clean rooms, super awesome veg food. We specially loved the food here. The staff was very friendly even with our 2 year old. We stayed in a few different hotel during our stay in Srinagar, and found this one to be the best. Thumbs up
Decent stay at this hotel, room and bathroom was good and Clean and big in size. But little difficult to find location of hotel entry from big green size gate. Name written vertically on wall. I suggest you to not book this hotel through OYO, because you have to pay extra amount at hotel instead go directly and pay Rs.1000 for one night single person.
I've booked the hotel for one night stay. When I reached there the manager asked me extra amount. He told me that he'll not give me the room until I pay him extra amount. I complained about this issue to OYO team. They told me that they'll shift me to some other hotel. But since the weather conditions were not good and it's heavily raining that day, I left with no option other than paying him extra 500 Rs. The experience was very bad.
the hotel is located on airport road and hence convenient to commute without fearing traffic jam when you what to catch your flight. i would recommend book 2 days stay in city to get the city view and vibe. and later switch to this peaceful hotel for rest of your trip. the hotel staff is very helpful. service is quick.
i had booked this hotel for three days ( Rs 1600@ 1 day ) via make my trip but when i reached there they refused me to give me room inspite of booking . Also staff was very rude . then i contacted OYO for this issue and they provided me a room in the name of hotel, But it was someone personal house . I feel nervous and they charged me double triple rate of everything. this tour is like nightmare for me as i was with my family.
Hotel owners and staff has showing very bad behavior they also take it extra money from my side and hygienist is also not good I have to recommend don stay here.
Untidy room , The dust was so thick ,it was hard to walk without getting the dust on clothes while walking . The cost of room was 1200 with all facilities like electric blanket ,geyser etc ,but the room was very very untidy .
One of the worst expereince.. i was denied checkin due to low floor prize..and i was asked to pay extra 400...and at that time i was not having any option so paid 400 extra..owner of the hotel was rude
