Hotel Humza is a very nice budget hotel near Ghat 9 of Dal Lake. The rooms were spacious, neat and clean. The bathroom was also big. There is no in-house restaurant, but there are lots of places to eat nearby. Also, please note that the property is a bit old. So, please expect sign of age in your room and bathroom also. There is no lift in the building, but the staff helped us carrying the luggage.

The hotel was very good and the owner was adjustable with every thing nice view benind Dal lake kashmir srinagar all items are available nearby like hotels,dhabas markets.

Rooms were good, they were a bit reluctant while delivering services like luggage loading unloading, providing an extra towel as requested by guests, etc. But overall good for 2-3 night stays. Nearest to Dal lake Ghat No 9. Atm ,medicine shop and other shops are also available nearby.

Ok so this the worst hotel neither bathroom is good nor the room it charged us rupees 4000 to stay in a room which is worst than a hostel pg room like we don't have words for it!

The only best part in this hotel is that is has a good parking space (if you are travelling by your car) and Dal Lake is at walkable distance (20 mts). Rooms are ordinary with basic facilities. Washroom was not very clean. There is no lift (if you get room on the 2nd floor). It is not correctly mapped on google map but owner was so kind that he came to show us the exact location. There was no hot water at all full day but when we requested they started at late night. This hotel is good for ppl who want to roam around dal lake. Not for ppl who want to enjoy hotel property.

Hotel Humza is located at Ghat No 9a near Dal Lake, Srinagar. If someone wants a simple and inexpensive room then this hotel is for you. Otherwise, you may get disappointed. The location is very good but the management is very basic. Food Service is not available but you can demand Tea or Coffee. There is a small souvenir shop inside the hotel so you can buy Kashmiri Products also.

This hotel is now renovated. We (group of 6 people) stayed here for 2 nights in the month of December 2021. Location is walkable to various restaurants and dal lake. We got 24 hours hot water in every room's bathroom. Bed and mattresses were clean and bed is equipped with electric blanket. Restaurant was not open during our stay but they provided us breakfast since it was in our package.
