This property is disaster. They don't have anything... they don't have breakfast. When it is included in your booking they arrange it from nearby tea stall. When asked towels, they denied. This hotel is like closed room from where you can't see anything. I booked it by Make my trip and as soon as i reached there, i felt cheated. They are using " Holiday Inn " name just for bookings rest they don't have anything matches name. @makemytrip, seems you are also party to this cheating with guests.
The staff of hotel on reception desk were unable to manage the things. Totally mismanagement on their part. No one is there to supervise them. They are the newcomers in the business, it seems. They don.t have their own restuarant. Breakfast they are providing is of low quality.
Best rooms. Best service. Best food. Best hospitality. Best staff. And Bestest Owner. Never seen such a wonderful guy ever. Every person is so polite, down to earth, prompt, caring and concerned about guest's comfort.
