The service they provide at night is really very disappointing. If you ask for something they just tell that staffs are not there so we can't give you the service. Very disappointed. It's like lodge service and they are using hotel in terms of that

1. The room which was given were no where close to shown in the pictures.2. complimentary breakfast time was 0800hrs bit it did not start till 0900 hrs.. i had a flight to catch at 1100 hrs so couldn't get it. 3. the night receptionist is very rude.4. i called for bell boy to get the luggage had to call 3 times in half hour then have to go to reception to find no one. finally after 45 minutes my luggage was taken out of the room.5. charged extra on my room service items. on confronting they said - wait for manager, he'll come at 11. 6. the rooms windows were not getting completely shut thereby making the room chilly.1. Very rude behaviour.2. my wife did not feel comfortable in talking to staff.

Room was average at that price has better choice than that location wise not outside center and service is ok not say very good but ok in seven sister we can't aspect much coz less professionalism will take time breakfast food quality really need to improve coz Paratha was very bad

Nice hotel in the heart of Agartala city. Offers in house tasty food including veg+non veg. Staff behaviour are also good. wish them best of luck for future.

An average hotel.Bed Linen needs attention and most importantly the Executive rooms Bathroom doesn't have an ventilation at all,not an Exhaust fan inside. Lastly,the complementary Breakfast spread is less. The good thing is, in general food preparation and tastes is good.

Nice hotel. Price is high. Bathroom shower and taps water is coming very slow. But room is good. I chose vip room. Design of room is is good. Food prices are reasonable. Location is good.

It's no way a value for money. The toilet didn't have a ventilation. The bedsheets were filthy. They provided only one towel for two guests. The ammenities provided didn't contain any lotion, dental kits etc. There were no hangers for inside the cabinet for the cloths to be hanged on.The staff in the reception and resrautant weren't professional at all.

The environment of the hotel, the behavior of the staff was very good. The only problem is that the complimentary breakfast items are very limited. But overall I am happy with their service.
