Brilliant location overlooking the golf course with a good mountain view. The rest is a horror story. The heating is centrally managed with no controls in the rooms! So you cannot regulate your room temperature at all. Sometimes it is cold and sometimes it is very hot.
Next, hot water in the taps / bathroom is a major issue. Had to take a cold water shower in Gulmarg at 6 am!! Sometimes there is no water at all.
Food is average. However, the housekeeping service is good. Give a complaint and the guy is at the door in two minutes

The hospitality of the hotel staff was excellent. The property view was amazing. We were given a free room upgrade also. Our overall experience was fantastic. It is a really worth visiting property. Mr Gulzar from the house keeping staff was everytime there when needed and provided us the best service and experience.

Quality of rooms is fair. Property is dated and shows its age. Staff is very good and responsive. But the property has some basic issues that need addressing. Like getting scalded with hot water because the bathroom shower and faucet knobs don't function properly.
Booked with travel agent room was very small and backside of hotel which was not promised before . Finally we upgraded the room with extra charges . Poor service no directory for different services near phone everybody says call other number. Location was good near gondola ride and food is good. these two were only good things
Check-in process was speedy, with warm welcome and welcome drink.
Front desk was very helpful especially Ms. Tammana. Guided us to the nearby and important must visit places nearby in our two days stay.
Food was good,staff positive ,helpful.
But very few in number,neither groomed, nor trained.
Hotel needs total overhauling.
Dirty ,shabby linen,toilets poorly equipped.

This place is magic. Surroundings are so beautiful, it's unreal. Fantastic find and lovely stay. The staff could not be nicer and more welcoming. We were extremely well taken care of. Genuine people and wonderful hosts.
