Hotel Hilltop International - Hotel in Port Blair - South Andamans, India

This is a good hotel to stay which is not far from the airport. Rooms are good. North Indian foods are available at the restaurant. There is a nice and beautiful view of the seashore from the top with a swimming pool. We can enjoy dinner served on the top with a good ambiance.

old rooms. pathetic service. rude staff especially the owner. was asked to not step out after 9:30PM as hotel staff wanted to lock the door. Felt like hostel when they told this. The roof top terrace view was good but whats view when compared to freedom. Don't recommend it at all. Plenty of newly built options nearby. Things like this spoil the whole vacation vibe.

Worst experience ever, ac , geyser, refrigerator not working, they billed 6700 for one night stay, there was no welcome drink, which was mentioned in our package but not received. Towels are used not cleaned, food is pathetic. Swimming pool usage is not allowed. drinking water is also chargeable, other wise you have to use the tap water for drinking purpose. No shower gel, shampoo, dental kit in washroom. Staff behaviour very rude . Airport pickup & drop out were included,but they didn't provide the services

Great place to stay. I stayed there in the last week of Sep'2022, as it is kind of off season, andaman was not so crowded with tourists, i was the only guest in the entire hotel. Some renovation work was going on in lift and on terrace, so swimming pool was not open for guests. Rest everything was great, nice room, nice ambience, great staff, not so expensive good food. Ambience of hotel is that of high end hotels, though i got booking at reasonable price of around Rs 1750 per day. I would definitely recommend this hotel, it is at around 2km from Haddo Jetty and around 4km from Airport.

Worst ever hotel , please don't book this hotel... Worst ever service . They will promise one thing and they will implement another thing , they promised swiming pool is open when we called the hotel , wen we directly went their they said swiming pool is closed ... Worst ever service . Plz don't go or book this hotel ... Worst ever hospitallity ....

Pros: - Clean hotel - Very humble and well behaved staff - its a beacon of women empowerment. Not sure if management did this consciously but majority of the staff are women. - Location is pretty good in terms of accessing the important spots around Port Blair - Food was tasty. But that is generally true about most places in Andaman. Little extra on spices but not much to complain about taste. Cons: - Service is slow - For the first 2 days of our visit, generator backup wasn't there. Probably a one-off issue. Needed parts from mainland - One of the rooms was super deluxe. So charges were higher but still there were teething issues (about the AC, for ex.) - in one of the rooms (deluxe), the door lock and the geyser had persistent problems. Finally we had to change to a different room. I don't want to color your judgement based on our experience alone. Moreover, I genuinely hope that these are one off issues that are largely to be blamed for all the renovation work being carried out. Because typically, the behavior of the staff is consistent with the quality of stay. Here the staff were apologetic about the whole situation which makes me hope that the maintenance took a hit because of the whole situation with renovation and extension going on. All in all, our experience wasn't great but not too bad either. We got in touch with Ashraf and Manaf who were our local guides and drove us around to all the visiting spots and gave helpful inputs about our trip, only by virtue of the staying at the hotel.

breakfast is worst, service is third class even if u order a tea it would come in one hour in room tv not working, lights not working never watch 7d show here because screen is completely worst and hotel owner not feeling shame for collecting money for such an damage screen swimming pool looks good for which we booked but unclean water, and no separate pool for kids no swimming tubes overall such property should ban

Worst place to visit for a tourist. They close the front door at 9:30 in evening and won't allow yo to get in post that. pathetic rooms service, rooms and food and price is too High. The attraction is the photos of Swimming pool which reality it looks green and always closed. All 5 stars reviews are fake i think. Also these people are too rude and argue a lot on any issue.
