When I check in the hotel the hotel give agreat welcome with welcome tea also provide me agood service. The best hotel in Srinagar neat dallake and safe and secure . the hotel has reinvaded and good rooms like five star hotel. All facility are good and pickup and drop facility at door step. Best hotel on cheapest rates. I recommend the hotel for coming tourist/my friends/relatives.
It is a very decent Hotel if you are planning to stay in Srinagar and if you are on low budget you can consider this hotel. But try on searching more good hotels I stayed here one day and one day I stayed in Royal velvet Hotel it was a good hotel but I will suggest you that if you can stay near Dal Lake it will be really good you will get good views. And if you can plan to stay in Boat it would be really lifetime experience for you that's my suggestion that's all
I booked this hotel at an amazing price through GoIbibo. It is located in market place where anyone can do shopping. Communication is very good. Room and bathroom are highly clean. Only thing is that I did not get any hotel boy to serve food. But there is a Sriram Dhaba in front of this hotel where we brought food. Any way, it was a pleasant stay and I give 4 star rating.
The owner takes care of the property. There are chances that the TV might not work in the room. Rooms are spacious and can easily accomodate 3. Food is awesome for both veg and non veg. Sometimes there is a little interference from the owner which is not great to see.
Very unprofessional behavior of owner. Rooms are not upto mark in terms of cleaniness. Only a single staff in entire hotel. Hotel owner is like a goon and talks very rudely if you compliant anything. Please dont stay here. Its not safe.
Worst place ..bloody cheaters. Mannerless staff. No etiquette to talk to guests. Overcharged me and also the rooms are pathetic. No toilet cleaning on a daily basis. All small insects come inside from nearby garbage from Dal lake. Never ever book here.
Worth spending **for the room! bathrooms are super clean, it's a little further away from the dal lake like 15 min walk, but for the price it's worth it! have stayed here twice in 2 years..
Got a very smooth stay. And found it very easy and comfortable. The hotel provided me a very good service and accommodation. So i don't have any issue with this hotel services and my experience was really very good.
