Worst hotel in Gangtok. We, the whole family, booked a triple bed room for 25th December 2021 through Agoda 3months back (with Pay at property option). After reaching there in the afternoon receptionist boy told we can't enter room as we haven't paid a penny while booking. Even after showing the online confirmation, they refused to give us room. Then they expressed unavailability of water till 6pm. We called the caretaker then, who somehow got convinced after paying full then and there. The room was very dirty and below average. Water was not available till 10pm. While we reported them, they were very annoyed and told us to leave the hotel at 10:30pm with full refund. Such an irresponsible staff and property is not suitable for anyone. Would have given -5 rating.

Hotel Room was clean, very good behavior from hotel owner, outside view is awesome form terrace. Except the location everything is fine. from MG road its near about 5 mints walking distance. Overall experience was Good.

Most third class experience ever.. Water is not available after 9am morning... Food is good.. bt staffs are not well behaved... Rooms are also not cleaned.. very small size too...

Rooms are poorly maintained, very small. Many rooms doesn't even have curtains. However food other services are praiseworthy.

The location, cleanliness, and amenities of this hotel are wonderful. My room was quite large and very comfortable. Manager and other staff were very friendly, helpful, and competent. Be sure to take advantage of the marvelous breakfast, which will keep you going for an entire day.

It's not a good hotel.. no room service, Tv was not working properly, hotel staffs were always rude with us and on the above that they are charging 1200 rs per day and that also without any proper facilities. I really had a bad experience staying in this hotel. I would suggest everyone to not to book a room here , not even for one day also...

This hotel is situated at best location of Gangtok city. Its just at 10mins away distance from most famous place of the city for shopping, restaurants, spa etc. that is NG marg. But hotel staff is rude and not co-operative. For any extra service they charge you 4 times more than actually amount. Also they do not have internet service. For hot water we need to request them every time to switch on the geyser. Also they have television in the rooms but package remains expired. After repetitive request they might activate for you for sometime.
