Hotel Heaven @ Rushikesh 1. Rooms were not clean, 2. No proper Water supply in bathroom ( one day only hot water and second day only cold water available in bathroom) 3. Pathetic Hotel in Rishikesh. Room Service to Late. Food was below average. My group of 22 people had a 1N stay. Being a tour manager i wont recommend this hotel to anyone. Location in a choas and pricing too high. Not at all worthy. My tour manager was forcefully made to sit in reception area due to some technical payment glitch. Wasted more than an hour. Never saw such arrogant and pathetic behavior. Improve your services first and the sales people are just careless to even understand the concern and say we are not here. Our management is in delhi. Just manipulating things. Never ever recommended being a tour manager and also to all the tourists dont book. You will get many good hotels in Rishikesh. We had more than 8 rooms booked but unfortunately it didn't had any value. Very unprofessional behavior and pathetic management service with so called non - sense policies..!!
My experience was amazing with this hotel. It is super clean room with washroom attached. Location perfect. Nearby to all sightseeing places as well. I stayed 2nd time in this hotel. Will recommend everyone. Just go ahead. Service is too good. Food i ordered was amazing Safety is the main concern. I found it very cozy and safe.
As I was staying in the hotel opposite this one, I was watching the stuff "cleaning" the rooms, which didn't include changing the bedsheets but instead simply removing hair from pillow cases from earlier guests and smoothening them out with hands before putting those decorative cushions to cover the pillows, in case you're expecting some decent level of service for this price
Nice hotel for visit specially the terrace and the music there was like having good time with your loved ones...and the view from the terrace was very delightful.....must go there and room service,staff and food ......was good.... But food is much costly then quantity....
An easily commutable hotel in the prime location of Tapovan which makes it possible to enjoy all the fun activities of Rishikesh at ease. Great service by the staff, very friendly, they even helped us arrange all the sports activities & conveyance to make out the best we can in minimum time without worrying about anything. Specifically to mention, excellent food available with a roof top restaurant in the hotel itself. Totally recommendable.
It is a good place in rishikesh to stay worth the price , but the hotel management should keep more staff people at work.
