We recently stayed at this hotel, and we couldn't have been happier with our experience. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, making us feel right at home.The in house restaurant served delicious meals, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices to suit everyone taste.The swimming pool and fitness center were well-maintained, providing a great way to relax and stay active during my stay.Moreover, the location was perfect for exploring the city, with good connectivity options .Overall, our stay at this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the area.
We stayed here for 5 days. Staff is helpful and kind. Room service is good but a bit slow. Bar is cozy with a decent crowd but should serve fancy and well-made drinks. The drinks were pretty blend.The place is clean and quit. Breakfast offers some wide variety but would suggest including some varieties of parathas and other North Indian breakfasts too as the hotel has a lot of North Indians staying in. Overall, our experience was great, and I would definitely recommend this for your next stay.
Budget friendly hotel with all good facilities. Very spacious rooms. It will be good to stay with the family. The service was good and all the staff were very professional. They have a policy of outside foods that are not allowed and they have some good in room food menus. I felt the only drawback is we can hear the traffic noise very much in the room. You will be hearing honking and siren sounds very often.
The ambience was great and service was good. Many varieties of food items were there. Buffett system was followed. Starters are being served to table itself. Others are our choice. Corn cutlet, pineapple cake, chicken biriyani, fish gravy tasted good.
Staying here at present. Beautiful hotel, beautiful rooms and service attitude is absolutely fantastic! One of the best hotels I've stayed in and their buffet is amazing and definitely worth it. Highly recommend.
I had booked a deluxe room here. Room wise it's good and big size. But hospitality is very poor. We had waited 1.30hours to get a complimentary water. They are not allowing outside food inside property and insisted us to order from their restaurant and the price is very very high. For single chappati 125 with taxes they charge. Quantity also very less and quality also not Upto the mark. We ordered veg dumplings and they have veg ball manchurian. They think we people nothing know about veg dumplings. When we asked them this is not veg dumplings they not even accepted and after an argument with evidence they concluded as sorry Mam, we don't have veg dumplings at our restaurant. Ufff... and coming to bathroom shower is not working. I recommend this hotel not to stay and worst experience ever had.
Had a memorable 3days & 2nights stay at Hotel Halez.. from the moment we walked in we were greeted with a warm welcome & swift check in process. Rooms are spacious with prompt room service. Special mention to the GM Mr. Samir Kumar And F&B team for the hard work and warm hospitality. Wish we had more time to experience the Spa. But a dip in the pool was refreshing from the Chennai heat. Keep up the good work Hotel Halez. Looking forward to my next visit.
