Good hotel with good service. In my opinion the rooms are not worth INR 1600 maybe. What can be improved: 1. Geyser, not very effective 2. Room cleaning, we stayed for 3 days not once it was cleaned. 3. The owner's son can consider the customer's privacy, before barging into the room to talk. Family members, especially female ones may not be comfortable with that. 4. Location on the maps is not correct. Call them on the phone number listed on Google for correct location. What is good: 1. Location, near Dal Lake Ghat 2 2. The owner and his son are helpful in finding good deals for travelling. 3. Good security, as there's a main gate covering the alley. 4. Homely feeling. 5. They take care of customised requirements.

Room and bathroom size is good as per value. Bathroom not 100% clean. Room inside electrical light is not enough, only 1 light was there. Main issue is owner. One of the owner is quite aged and his behavior is rude. Except this problem, it's a recommended hotel near dal lake.

Great rooms available for decent prices. Perfect for family stay. Room Service is also good available 24/7.

I would say this is the worst hotel of my life. So we stayed here last year. When we went inside the toilet there are so many hair there and the drain has lots of water stuck. The room is okay, it has a balcony. The bedsheet has lots of hair as well as the pillows like they did not change it. The sink also doesn't drain that we have to take the mug and throw the water in the toilet sink. It's just the worst experience. !!

Fabulous location, walking distance to dal lake Superb hospitality One cannot find a better place to stay in Srinagar. This property is in true sense The Gulistan Overlooking the Dal lake, An ever smiling staff ( Mr Zoor ensures a comfortable stay for the guests. The hotel staff is polite and fast responsive . It certainly was one of our most memorable experiences in domestic travel. If one needs to rejuvenate then this property is highly recommended.

Good experience Good parts are : Good location just 400 meter away from dal lake basic amenities , hot water ,double bed,TV and good quality bedrolls and carpets SBI Atm just 100 meter Away good and supportive behavior of owner Taxi avilable on call. Things to improve room provided to me backside that don't have balcony and less sunlight No canteen facility only get tea on call for rest answer not available right now pls do confirm taxi rate from hotal and taxi driver I found disconnec and create small issue my opinion good experience within budget if you got front side room with in 2000 rs.

The positive thing of the hotel was behaviour of the hotel crew. They were very polite and helping we reached there around 10.30 pm and the two rooms are available as per our booking. But the two rooms are on two floors but the owner himself persuaded and vacated one adjacent room on same floor. There is no food facility in the hotel but they arranged dinner from outside however it was not up to mark. The problem is with the online booking portals as they shown and mentioned wrong location of the property it is in a street and far from Dal lake but they mentioned and shown it at one side of the lake.

Very nice hotel. Suitable for family. Staff and owner are very helpful and friendly. Location is suitable for tourist.
