HOTEL GREY CASTLE - Hotel in Haridwar - Haridwar, India

I visited Hotel Grey castel on 22nd September and believe me it is nothing but pathetic. Rooms have dust everywhere, AC was broken. Cockroaches were everywhere in room. I had to call room service 6 times in 2 days to do spray for Cockroaches. Staff seems to be not helpful a lot. It was written that Parking facility is available however I have asked to park my car in some other parking area

Overall the hotel is good to stay.. but lacks lots of small things like small suffocating rooms. There's a smell coming out from the elevator and the rooms. I'm happy to have good food. Ac problem switch control from another world .

the worst experience ever. we reached this place and there was so. mismanagement. they didn't had water supply. we struggled so much. it was a havoc. we upgraded the hotel by paying 1000rs extra in their chain for one night. other customers were totally fighting with the receptionist. there was jo refund provided and we were totally stuck. rooms are also very very small. and service is very poor. go at your own risk. and its near railway station but in some far colony hard to find.

I booked executive room ,it has all the amenities ,Room was good and clean . Hotel was near to the Shiv murti chowk Railway station, which is easily approachable. I only faced problem while check in may be due to the peak season and electricity problem at night , though they have power backup but at that time AC was off, otherwise its a pleasent stay

Not a bad Experience.....I struggled a lot to find the location. And the room was also not clean during arrival. I ordered delux thali for dinner but got simple normal thali.... There were cocroaches in the room and also more insects Overall not a good experience....need to improve in quality.

It was a very bad experience with this Hotel , I have done more than 15+ Trips but this was the worst experience with Hotel Grey Caste, 1. they mentioned on their profile is Just 10 min. walking Distance from Har ki Pauri but it is 33+ min. walking Distance actually (wrong information mentioned) this is not in Har ki Pauri Area as mentioned, ,it's actually near Railway station2. I booked for 2 nights and 3 Days they didn't Clean the room in the next 2 days even after informed. 3. Also Electricity Issue (Generator Diesel also finished) Not Expected with this kind of PropertyZero Star from my side, #Long Distance from Har ki Pauri#Dirty Room

Very good hotel, clean rooms & washroom, well mannered staff, very polite and soft way of talking, helpful, i really enjoyed to stay here....
