The staff is very unprofessional, they don't know the real mean of hospitality, they don't know how to talk to their guests. Lack of problem solving skills. We stayed here twice as we were there(in jammu) for our business tour. Thrice when we call them for booking they shouted very unprofessionally and said we are unavailable. I think just because they are getting higher terrif from other guest.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this for a week, and I can confidently say that it was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. The level of service provided by the staff was simply exceptional, and it made my stay all the more enjoyable. Throughout my stay, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs were met. The hotel itself was absolutely stunning, with elegant decor and luxurious amenities. My room was spacious and beautifully appointed, with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was equally impressive, rain shower, and high-quality toiletries. But what really made this hotel stand out was the level of service provided by the staff. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. They anticipated my every need and went out of their way to ensure that my stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The room interior designs are quite cool clean and very comfortable, also the staff was amazing. Their services are too quick. It's located in a great place, all tourist places are near to it. It takes around 15 to 20 minutes.
