Hotel Grand Residency - Hotel in Jamshedpur - East Singhbum, India

The hotel is located in bistupur ,it's a great place to stay and a great value hotel.The place is located in the city and all types of rooms are available. The property is having a restaurant named Olive, which serves multi cuisine food.The food is hygienic and good in taste.The staff is well behaved and helpful in nature. Only one negative point is there that whenever I visit the hotel, there is construction work going on in the hotel, which causes noise and disturbance.

We went as a couple and during checkin , according to the hotel couple age should me 21 years and they need physical id for checkin and they want to keep the original physical id with themselves for the time you are in hotel, where are these rules made in india? And after checking in their behaviour was so bad and the room was so bad, ac was not working, bathroom was dirty, our stay became so terrible that after the checkin we just checked out after 1 hour even after paying for two days. JUST AVOID THESE TYPES OF HOTEL OTHER WISE YOUR HOLIDAY WILL BE SPOILED,

Located very remotely. There was a piller in middle of the room in which I stayed which was very annoying. Expensive. Not upto the mark.

The stay was comfortable, service was good and hotel staff was very polite and hospitable. Best hotel for better experience.

Standard rooms are pathetic. These rooms have been built in the left over spaces of the other infrastructure built. All the standard rooms have pillars in it. Small rooms with not enough space for movement. They allotted me room near the lift, as per say, on the 4th floor of hotel. I checked in at afternoon. I couldn't sleep in the room neither in afternoon after travel nor at night, resulting into checking out the next day. There is construction work going on 5th floor, so the walls keep banging, you can't sleep in afternoon. At night, noise made by, to and fro motion of the lift, couldn't let one sleep. I developed a slight headache. On request for change of room, on the same day in evening, manager gave the consent but due to non availability of housekeeping guys, room cannot be shifted. Since, other staffs relented from doing the housekeeping chores. Simply a pathetic and miserable experience.

Good hotel @ budget price. Little away from markets, however everything available nearby. Locality isn't great. Hotel People are good and cooperative. Food is good
