Hotel location is very nice. Service is very good and fast. Hotel staff is very cooperative. During our stay my father not feeling well. Hotel owner and staff gave primary madication and help us to move my father near hospital where he got good treatment. Our over all experience is very good

Worse Hotel of Pahalgam they take the booking then make the client wait for hours. Waited for an hour in Hotel reception at last they said we don't have booking. The manager here shows himself as owner and shows that travel agent didn't book while our Agent showed the proof of booking. Worse Hotel of Pahalgam if you want to spoil your trip then book this Hotel.

Room is not worthy, I visited in the may month but the staff kept me waiting for long hours Booked hotel in advance but on the day of check in they denied booking saying we have accepted booking by mistake, all rooms are full Also never book any trip from ETripto, worst experience as they will just take money in advance but no support
