Wonderful Hotel. The staff are very nice, helpful and friendly. Warm rooms. Food is excellent. Wide spread . And ideally located. Neat and clean place. Mr Liaquat the Housekeeping Manager is all around the place 24/7 to look after the guests needs.
Very nice hotel. Excellent staff.. Prompt services.. Rooms :- are very nice.. clean & hygienic. Location :- located in between Shalimar & Nishad Baugh. Walkable :- Shalimar garden just 12 min. Food Quality :- Excellent one.. Downtown:- is 15 to 20 min drive. But Dal Lake can be reached by walk for 20 min approximately.

Must stay there If you want to make your honeymoon memorable or you can recreate the honeymoon atmosphere again, must visit from Dec. Mid to Feb. Mid. I must say you will love the place, And you can get every Dal-Lake in every drive like Mumbai Marine drive.

I HAVE NEVER STAYED AT A WORSE HOTEL. Rudest Staff. Worst service. Horrible food. Unclean towels. NO HOT WATER AND NO AC. No redressal of complains. There were 20 of us. Each person has the same opinion. Gave one star only because zero is not an option.
Worst service because they have untrained staff and managers know nothing about hospitality. Bad quality food and also they don't have basics of how to behave and talk with guests. Local and untrained people are the frontline workers. Also, they always answer with a big NO for every request you make. Specially, f&b manager shouldn't be there. They also keep staring at womens. Basically, find another hotel. This reviews are fake. Doesn't deserve to be in hospitality sector at all.
Stayed in the hotel for 4 nights. The first day experience was the worst. Even though we were staying there for 4 nights, the room (207) provided had the most horrible view once you open curtains. We requested the management to change the room, at first, we got extremely lousy reply. However, later they obliged and provided us with much better room and to our surprise on the last night we were given a Suite room. The best thing about the hotel is its location.. Shalimar Garden is walkable and Dal is 10 mins away too.
