One of the worst stays that I had. The rooms given as double occupancy are actually single bed rooms equipped with two single beds. There is hardly any space left to move around. The hotel gets very foul and bad smelling bathroom water which even after complaining all times was not attended. In the name if room service they will only make your bed and give soaps. Cleanliness is not at all maintained in the rooms. The AC units in the rooms are there for namesake and do not cool the rooms even when temperature is set to 16 degrees, when complained about this, the manager had the courtesy to tell that outside temperature is 43 degrees hence the ac will take time to cool. The lift will also not work most of the times. Overall a very bad hotel.

We booked the room through Goibibo and reached the hotel for early check in they have agreed by paying extra charge but there is no room boy to take your luggage and the lift was not working. They don't provide mineral water bottles in the room and are also not available in the restaurant for sale. They should maintain the rooms neat and tidy for a pleasant stay of customers visiting for business purposes and also for families.

Bad experience with the stay in this hotel. Rooms are small and full of mosquitos. Breakfast is not upto mark.

Goutham Manor is the worst hotel in Chennai. Don't stay here.There is absolutely nothing good about this place. It used to be a good hotel but not any longer. The front desk people are extremely rude and know nothing about customer service. We were charged for buffet breakfast but later came to that their restaurant has been shut down. They promised to get Breakfast from outside but nothing happened. We went out and ate breakfast.Rooms are very badly maintained. Toilets and bathrooms are so horrible. The taps are totally rusty. Feel scared to even touch the old taps. Bathrooms are not provided with basic amenities like toothpaste, shampoo sachets,etc. The rooms have no provision for preparing tea or coffee.The entire room has just one plug point - that too, very old and crumbling. None of the doors have locks and latches working.Luckily we had to stay in this hotel for just a few hours otherwise we would have shifted to a better place.The guys at the reception don't speak English or Tamil. They are from Bihar and speak mostly Bhojpuri type Hindi - they don't even know normal Hindi.There is zero facility for drivers in terms of toilets and bathrooms. A driver is asked to pay Rs 2,000 (yes, two thousand) if he wants to take bath in the hotel.Overall, it was a miserable experience at this hotel. A few years ago, it was a very good hotel in centrally located Nungambakkam but now definitely the dirtiest and worst hotel in Chennai.Don't stay even if you are offered free accommodation.

The staff is so good and supportive. At 8 am you will get unlimited breakfast (tasty) with Tea and Coffee. Everyday they will clean your room, providing all necessary things like towels, bedsheets, soaps etc. AC rooms, 1 cupboard, 1 table, 1 chair, TV feels like home. Lift service is also there. You can order drinks if you want in the rooms it is allowed. In the hotel only there is a bar. Area is very good, you will get all necessary things nearby. I am staying here for 1 month

Small quiet bar. Dont miss the rasam vada on weekdays.

Terrible hotel with stink for 2500 rs. The checked two other rooms and picked one yet the entire hotel has some stink like Cigarretes and Urine. AVOID THIS HOTEL. Totally not worth even for 1000 rs.

Hotel Goutham manor is best place decent room good staffs
